Well, I'm Adriana and I was born in Montevideo, Uruguay. I've lived in the U.S since 1978 and became an American Citizen. I am married to Chris Granhold and we have 3 daughters - Chelsie who is now 15, Gaby is 12, and Alexis is 7. We live in Katy, TX in a beautiful acreage community. The move was inspired by our love for animals. We knew the city couldn't provide the room we needed to accommodate our extensive animal family. We have 2 labs, a miniature schnauzer, and a yorkie-chi. Until recently we had a miniature horse but she passed away. We also have a turtle and Chelsie will be raising a heifer to show at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and she will also raise a pig for the Katy Rodeo. We are planning on having some riding horses in the near future. We are blessed to have been able to move out here. The girls love it and so do we. We enjoy quiet evening walks and relaxing on the front porch. We are looking forward to having our friends and family over for fun get-togethers.

Hey Granhold gang. I am glad to see yall have started a blog as well. I am still new to the blogging world but have become addicted to checking out all my friends' blogs and keeping up with all of them. So now i will be checking for updates on your blog so i can see you all more often. I just posted a new message with funny pics of dan today so you may want to check it out. Also, i am so excited about adri coming to visit and hope to see everyone else in the fall after the baby comes. Love you all.

Have you tried out Pawty Palace on East St. in the old part of Katy? It's a place for dogs. I found it on www.freckletown.com (a site for Katy families)
